QuotePaid CSV format

QuotePaid's importer auto-detects most column formats. But if you want to build a CSV from scratch or clean up your export, here's what we look for:

ColumnRequiredExample
Name50-Gal Gas Water Heater
DescriptionOptionalBradford White 40 MBH, atmospheric vent
CategoryOptionalEquipment
Unit Price1100.00
UnitOptionaleach, hour, linear_ft, sqft, flat
TradeOptionalplumbing, hvac, electrical
UrgencyOptionalred, yellow, green

Column names are flexible. "Price," "Unit Price," "Cost," and "Amount" all work. Same for "Item Name" vs "Name" vs "Description."
